- Art. Article 144 — Urbanistic parametersFor spaces of transition, the following buildability limits apply: maximum construction index 0,04 over the whole property, maximum two dwellings per property, and two floors.
- Art. Article 150 — Tourism developmentsTourism developments are allowed only on properties of at least 20 ha; the development must cover the whole property or a segregated part of at least 20 ha; an indivisibility lien is required; the project must cover the whole intervention area, including agricultural or forest areas. Maximum construction index is 0,05; at least 50% of STP must be for hotel establishments with day-to-day occupancy regime; phased developments must respect that rule in the first phase; autonomous infrastructure systems are allowed; and large water-consuming equipment must use reclaimed or alternative water sources.
- Art. Article 115 — In urban/urbanizable and industrial spacesGeneral rules for urban/urbanizable and industrial spaces. Construction on non-lotified land requires a prior study of ensemble and, in urbanizable space, frontage may not exceed 30 m; in industrial space, 60 m. In all urban/urbanizable spaces, loteamentos or construction must improve the existing urban conditions and respect dominant morphology, building volumes, heights and alignments. The maximum index and density from the earlier chapters apply as maxima.
- Art. Article 118 — PrinciplesPrinciples for municipal fees and compensations for loteamento and building licences. Reference parameters for urban/urbanizable and equipment spaces are: average construction index 0,35 and average equipment cession area 0,60 m2/m2 of STP. These are used for fees, cessions and compensatory mechanisms in subdivisions and new construction.
- Art. Article 119 — Land cessionWhen a subdivision licence is issued, land must be ceded free of charge to the municipality for infrastructure, small green areas, main roads without adjacent buildings, equipment and larger green areas; in principle the cession for the latter should be 0,60×STP. Some ceded parcels may become private collective spaces depending on the urban design adopted.
- Art. Article 118 — PrinciplesDuplicate fragment of the municipal fee and compensation principles for loteamento and construction. It repeats the average reference parameters for urban/urbanizable and equipment spaces: construction index 0,35 and equipment cession area 0,60 m2/m2 of STP.
